The True Platform is an agentic AI platform for software quality.

It is designed for QA teams, and provide Manual Testers, Automation Engineers, QA Managers and Test Leads with a single solution for their workflows.

The AI agents in the platform act as your extended team: those agents perform tasks under your supervision, augmenting your capacity, helping you work faster, more productively.

What is Katalon AI Assistant, and what can it do?

The Katalon AI Assistant expands yours and your team's capacity by giving you access to a library of specialized agentic workers.

These workers are your extended team. By interacting with the Katalon AI Assistant, you ask the agents to perform specialized tasks like analyzing requirements, generating test cases, running a test autonomously, or many tests in parallel, automating tests, reporting bugs identified after root cause analysis, and generating insights or reports for you summarizing the data in the data layer.

They are designed do the work for you, under your supervision, increasing your capacity to handle the increased workloads every team is facing.

Does it work with my existing CI/CD pipeline and tools like Playwright or Jira?

Yes. The Katalon True Platform integrates with your CI/CD pipeline seamlessly.

The platform also ingests Playwright automated execution results so you can report all your testing activities across manual and automated testing in a single place. No more pulling results from multiple tools and stiching them together with an external reporting tool to share your testing progress and release readiness.

You can also integrate Jira and Azure DevOps with the Katalon True Platform so that you can pull release and sprint information, view the backlog, generate tests to cover requirements coming from those tools and keep traceability so that you can access requirements coverage at all times.

I'm an existing Katalon customer. Will my licenses and automation be affected?

Nothing will break. Your existing automation projects continue to run as they do today.
